Are Melandas products original?
By holding exclusive distribution rights for the brands we carry, Melandas is able to offer genuine products that come directly from our brand factories. All of our products are 100% original and can be traced back to the manufacturer.
Where are Melandas products made?
We offer a diverse mix of products that are manufactured across the globe in countries including Italy, China, Thailand, and locally. To identify where a specific product was manufactured, please consult the specifications tag attached to your product.
Where can I buy your products?
Our products are available for offline purchase at our outlets in Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, and Medan. You can also purchase our products online for Indonesia wide delivery.
Where can I get a catalog of your products?
You may download complete catalogs from all our brands on this page. To view catalogs for products that are currently in-stock and available for immediate dispatch, please contact our sales associates via Whatsapp or email info@melandas-indonesia.com.
Can I customize my products?
We offer products that are available to be configured and customized according to your space and preferences. Please do not hesitate to consult with our sales associates to learn more about customizing products.
Do you have stock for all your products?
Most of our products are not readily available and must be pre-ordered. Lead times depend on the specific products and materials used in your order, but an average time estimate is around 4-6 months.
We also keep an inventory of some products that are available for immediate dispatch if you require the products quickly.
How do I purchase items that are not in stock (indent order)?
You may pre-order (indent) the items you desire by consulting with our sales associates in-store or online. You will receive a down payment invoice and estimated delivery date. Full payment must be made when your order has arrived in Indonesia and prior to being delivered to your address.
Is there a warranty for your products?
Factory defaults are covered by all of our brand manufacturers. Please check the instructions tag attached to your product to see which types of damage are covered by each brand’s warranty program.
Our warranty programs do not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- All lighting and electrical products which are not installed by our installers
- Any damage or defect that result from a natural characteristic of the material used
- Any damage or defect caused by abuse, alteration, misuse, incorrect assembly, incorrect installation, storage or inappropriate handling
- Any damage or defect caused by the user’s failure to follow the care instructions
Items which are purchased as clearance and/or sale items with pre-existing defects are not covered by any warranty. Please inspect clearance and sale items carefully before purchasing, as these goods are accepted as being purchased “as is”.
Is there a return policy for your products?
Products that have been delivered and signed for at their final destination cannot be returned. Please carefully inspect your products upon delivery and ensure that any damages or imperfections are reported before signing the delivery form.
Can I rent your products for my home or event?
Our products are not available for private rentals or personal use. You may inquire about collaborations for events by reaching out to us at info@melandas-indonesia.com
Questions About Order
What are my shipping options and how much do they cost?
All deliveries and installations within Jabodetabek will be performed by our team and are free of charge. For deliveries and installations outside Jabodetabek, please contact our team to receive a delivery fee quote if using our recommended courier. You may also organize your own courier service. Please note that all deliveries must be insured.
How long does it take to deliver my ready-stock order?
Delivery times for in-stock orders can vary based on your location, chosen shipping method, and public holidays. Generally, you can expect delivery within a few days (within Jabodetabek) to a couple of weeks (outside Jabodetabek).
When will the items in my indent order be available?
Pre-ordered (indent) products will be available for delivery approximately 4-6 months after the transaction date. Please note that certain items requiring longer production times may take longer to arrive.
What if my order arrives in damaged condition?
Please inspect your furniture as soon as it is delivered and before signing the delivery form. If any damages are found, document them with photos and report them to our sales associates immediately. Depending on the type of damage that is found, your product may be repaired or replaced.
