Sales Consultant
Requirements:
- Having minimum 2 years experience in the retail sales / luxury brand / sales of the furniture industry is advantage.
- Minimum SMA / Diploma (D3) from any major.
- Bachelor degree from Interior Designer are welcome to apply for Sales Interior.
- Representative and good presentation skills.
- Familiar with sales software programs.
- Skills needed: persuasive, good communication, target oriented, teamwork, good negotiation, good at socializing, responsive in mastering product knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Create a strategy to achieve sales target.
- Analyze prospect well.
- Contact and follow up customers by telephone, email or chat.
- Handle customer requests, complaints and questions about products.
- Create and maintain sales programs through software.
- Build and maintain a CRM database.
- Daily, monthly, annual meetings related to sales targets.
Sales Project
Requirements:
- Having minimum 2-3 years experience sales by project of the furniture industry is advantage.
- Must have experience to working with interior design / architect.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor Degree from Interior Design or Architecture.
- Representative appearance and good presentation skills.
- Familiar with sales software programs.
- Skills needed: persuasive, good communication, target oriented, teamwork, good negotiation, good at socializing, responsive in mastering product knowledge.
- Ready to mobile working.
Responsibilities:
- Create a strategy to achieve sales target.
- Analyze prospect well.
- Interpretation and giving consultation for customer needs.
- Handle customer/project requests, complaints and questions about products.
- Build and maintain a CRM database.
- Maintain and monitoring the whole progress of sales project.
- Daily, monthly, annual meetings related to sales achievement.
