Delivery & Installation Policy

All deliveries and installations within Jabodetabek are free of charge.

For deliveries and installations outside Jabodetabek, please contact our team to receive a delivery fee quote if using our recommended courier. You may also organize your own courier service (Please note that all deliveries must be insured).

All requests for installation or uninstallation of products that have been delivered for more than one month will incur a fee of Rp. 1,000,000.

Melandas only installs lighting products that are purchased directly from us. This does not include frames, reinforcements, wiring, electricity, etc.

Melandas is not responsible for ensuring that purchased products can fit into the elevator and reach their intended location. Any products that must be manually carried up more than two flights of stairs will incur a fee of Rp. 500,000 per floor.

All requests for technical assistance that require a technician’s visit will incur a labor fee of Rp. 200,000 per visit excluding the cost of spare parts.

Refund & Return Policy

All sales made on our website are final upon delivery and no returns/ refunds will be issued.

Please carefully inspect your products upon delivery and ensure that any damages or imperfections are reported before signing the delivery form.

Storage Policy

All items from an indent order must be delivered to their final destination within 1 month of the promised delivery date or arrival in Indonesia.

If your items are not delivered within 1 month of arrival, they will be stored at our warehouse facility and incur a storage fee of Rp. 30,000 per cubic meter per day.

Our company is not responsible for any damages and/ or quality issues for purchased items stored at our warehouse facility for more than 3 months.
