On 19 June 2026, Melandas Indonesia and Gantara came together to host Higold Discovery Night at the Melandas DIPO Flagship Store in Jakarta. The exclusive evening brought a group of architects and interior designers together to explore the broader world of Higold through presentations, product demonstrations and conversations with fellow design professionals.
The event marked a collaboration between the two Indonesian distributors of Higold’s complementary product categories. Melandas represents Higold Outdoor Furniture, while Gantara distributes Higold Hardware. By hosting the event jointly, both companies introduced guests to the brand’s wider expertise, from outdoor living collections to functional hardware solutions.
As the sun set, guests gathered for drinks and dinner in a relaxed atmosphere that encouraged exchange and networking. The programme included an introduction to Higold’s history and design direction, followed by presentations and hands-on demonstrations that gave attendees a closer look at the products and their practical applications.
For architects and designers, the evening offered an opportunity to connect product knowledge with real project requirements. Higold Outdoor Furniture is known for contemporary outdoor living solutions and collaborations with international design studios, including Pininfarina and Claudio Bellini. Its collections cover a range of settings, from residential balconies and gardens to terraces and hospitality environments.
Beyond the formal programme, Higold Discovery Night was a chance for the local design community to connect over shared interests, ideas and experiences. The combination of learning, conversation and hospitality reflected the purpose of the event: making the brand and its products more familiar through direct engagement.
