Eichholtz opened 2026 with a new creative partnership, joining forces with acclaimed American interior designer Corey Damen Jenkins for a lighting collection that combines historical references with a confident contemporary point of view. Unveiled during Maison & Objet in Paris (10–14 January 2026), the collaboration marks Eichholtz’s first collection developed with an interior designer.
Known for expressive interiors that balance classical detail with bold combinations of colour and pattern, Jenkins brings a distinctive sensibility to the Dutch furniture and accessories brand. The 32-piece lighting collection draws from Art Deco, Neoclassicism, ancient civilisations and fashion, translating these influences into chandeliers, wall lights and table lamps with architectural presence.
The collaboration approaches lighting as a defining part of an interior rather than a finishing touch. Among the designs, the Erika Chandelier features cascading glass elements suspended from a circular metal frame, creating movement and texture while softening the light. The collection also includes the sculptural Melbourne and Persephone lighting families, alongside the Dionne table lamp. Each explores ornament and proportion in a different way while remaining part of a cohesive collection.
For Eichholtz, the project introduces an external design voice into its established portfolio of furniture, lighting and decorative objects. For Jenkins, it offers a new medium through which to explore his interest in decorative history and the expressive possibilities of interiors.
The Corey Damen Jenkins for Eichholtz collection reflects the continued evolution of the brand’s design language, offering a fresh perspective on how statement lighting can shape the character of a space. Discover more about Eichholtz and its collections through Melandas Indonesia.
